Bespoke 4 Week Program

A structured yet flexible introduction to yoga, where you’ll explore the fundamentals of Restorative, Hatha, and Vinyasa styles — with gentle, personalised support tailored to your needs.

Two 50-minute classes per week: one Yin (restorative), one Yang (dynamic).

A single 50-minute workshop designed to build confidence and precision in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.



Learn about the anatomy and alignment of foundational yoga poses, developing greater awareness of how your body moves. This session will help you practise more safely and intentionally, with a deeper understanding of your form.
